Roger was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He and his family moved to San Antonio, Texas 14 years ago from Dallas. He recently retired in 2021 from a 23-year career with American Airlines. His retirement was because of a non-work-related spinal cord injury in 2016. However, through his hard work ethic and determination along with his great attitude, he has managed to fight and rehab his way into his new career as a mortgage loan originator. He is licensed by the NMLS in the state of Texas and is looking forward to a long successful career with Pacific Financial inc.
Roger always strives for excellence in customer service and will make sure his clients are up to speed with every step of the loan process. His goal is to educate by communicating with each client to ensure they understand their options along with the facts and the data to support their purchase.
Helping others is what has always motivated Roger. After his injury, he co-founded Shoot To Walk a 501(c)3 non-profit that helps victims of spinal cord injuries. He loves spending time with his three sons, watching them play sports, or hanging out listening to music and painting. Family and friends are everything to him and he never misses an opportunity to make new memories with them.
